The main problems
With the growing need to streamline the paperwork process, the Center faced the challenge of increasing its online presence and attracting more contextual advertising clients. The collaboration aimed to harness the potential of search advertising to achieve this goal.
General strategy
We have developed a comprehensive strategy focusing on search advertising and localized advertising campaigns across Europe to ensure maximum visibility for the Centre. The main steps included the following works:
- Conversion tracking. Establishing clear metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Call tracking through Binotel. Monitoring and analysis of calls from potential customers to optimize advertising efforts.
- Collection of semantics. Thorough keyword analysis to create targeted advertising messages.
- Setting up advertising campaigns. Development and launch of effective advertising campaigns with an emphasis on relevant and “hot” search queries.
- Constant optimization. Continuous analysis and improvement of campaigns to ensure high performance.
Results
The launch of this strategy led to a significant increase in the effectiveness of advertising campaigns:
- Impressions – 99,949 units, which demonstrates a wide presence in search engines.
- Clicks – 17,291 units, reflecting the high interest of potential customers.
- CTR is 17.3%, which is an indicator of high relevance of advertisements.
- The average price per click is UAH 7.16, which indicates the effective use of the budget.
- Applications – 1118, with a conversion rate of 6.5%, demonstrating the high effectiveness of campaigns in attracting new customers.
- CPA is UAH 111, which confirms the high-cost efficiency of the campaigns.
The collaboration opened up new opportunities for the Documentation Center, significantly expanding its online presence and improving customer engagement. Thanks to targeted search advertising and continuous optimization, the Center has strengthened its position in the market, providing customers with unprecedented access to fast and efficient processing of documents.
