The Company deeply respects private (personal) information of all persons visiting the Site and those using the services of the Site, and strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or aggregate data about the identified or identifiable natural person), thus creating and maintaining comfortable conditions for using the Site’s services for each user.

Conditions for access to personal data
We inform you that third parties may access your personal information under the terms of your consent to the processing of that information, or as required by law.
Users have the right to obtain any information about themselves from any subject of personal data relations, provided that the surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the individual who submits the request, except in cases established by law.

Postponement of user access to his personal data is not allowed.
Postponement of access to personal data of third parties is allowed if necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. At that, the total term for resolution of issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
Notification about postponement shall be brought to the attention of the third person who submitted the request in written form with explanation of the procedure of appeal of such decision.
Decision to postpone or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or through the court.
Rights of the subject of personal data
The Company brings to your attention information about your rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, namely:
- To know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or residence (stay) of the owner or manager of the personal data or to give a corresponding instruction for obtaining this information to authorized persons, except in cases established by law;
- Obtain information about the conditions of access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to which personal data is transferred;
- to have access to his personal data;
- to receive not later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases prescribed by law, answer whether personal data is processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data
- To submit a motivated request to the personal data owner objecting to processing of his/her personal data
- to submit a reasoned request for modification or destruction of his personal data by any owner and manager of the personal data, if the data is processed illegally or is unreliable
- to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or dishonorable, dignity and business reputation of an individual
- to appeal with complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of legislation on protection of personal data;
- to make reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process his/her personal data at the time of consent granting;
- to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data;
- to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences.
