Before starting work, each project is assigned a project manager and a team of search engine optimization, contextual advertising, and targeting specialists who have already worked on similar projects. The project manager will constantly communicate on all project issues with you and the team, monitor the execution of work, deadlines, and make adjustments to the strategy. If necessary, a marketer is also added to the project to help you correctly formulate the overall strategy for the work and correctly formulate the USP and hypotheses that will be used by each department.
If you have any tasks on the site that are not related to the work plan, we can always discuss them with the manager and he will help you as much as possible, or formulate a technical task and transfer it to the work to a certain department. For example, you have a task to improve the functionality on the site, but there is no such thing in the work plan, then the manager will transfer this task to the programming department directly.
