General strategy and issues

The peculiarity of the site is that it is based on the Goodop admin panel, which makes it a bit difficult to implement some technical aspects. But this did not prevent us from performing technical optimization of the site, fixing errors in the site code, which improved the quality and speed of page indexing, improved Web Core Vitals and page loading speed

The site already had certain positions and was ranked for high-frequency queries, so we chose a strategy of working on priority categories and their further optimization.

What was done

Semantics

We collected the semantic core for priority pages, namely priority general categories, so these were mostly HF queries with a fairly high competition.

Content

After collecting the semantics, we optimized meta tags and titles, and based on the analysis of competitors, we formed the TOC for texts for the priority categories. Since the main categories did not have texts before we started working on them.

Usability

A comparative usability analysis was conducted, after which a number of changes were proposed to improve the user experience. Namely, the function of product comparison, adding parameters to filters, such as product composition or color, improving product sorting, displaying reviews and product ratings.

Link profile

The link profile of the site and competitors was analyzed and a strategy was implemented to take into account the constant growth and improvement of the number and quality of the site’s links. Namely, improving the link profile through outreach links, as well as crowd links to improve the naturalness of the link profile and increase brand awareness.
